I love this game idea! It reminds me of farmville on facebook but it also has its own twists and ideas thrown into it to make it better. Games like this are excellent educational tools because they give options. Some games just have one way to go and that's how it has to be done, this game gives multiple options while also teaching real world scenarios as well as being fun for the students! Excellent way to incorporate all of this ideas.
This game sounds amazing and I want to play it right now! What I love about the game is the real life application of it. It can be used to teach systems, science, community life, and nutrition. We're always preaching for our students to eat healthier but often they don't know what healthy means. Between vegan, and organic, and pesticide free it can get confusing. This is a great way for students to learn about where there food comes from and tie it into a nutrition unit! Maybe even visit a real farm!
I can't wait to milk the cows!!! Sounds like a really cool game. The game story development and design are well thought out. This game could relate to so many topic as Hina suggested. It could also tie into a mini research project on the farm community, farm life, agriculture, food that we eat, and so on. Fantastic senario! :D
